1：检查加工程序，图上尺寸于实际尺寸是否有出入
2：检查机器实际行走距离是否正确
如在机器上设置行走1000，然后测量距离对比下，如有出入表示机器脉冲当量错误计算方法如下：
计算方法实际距离乘以当前脉冲除以目标距离如：目标距离1000实际只走了800，当前脉冲式0.031计算方法是800X0.031/1000
